SERVICES

PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL CLEANS
For locals looking for regular (or as needed) housekeeping.
This includes sanitizing, dusting, and/or wiping basic surfaces in kitchen, living spaces, dining room, bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and floors. Includes trash removal from the home. Flat rate calculated based off of size and specific qualities of home. If you need additional services (for example: baseboards regularly cleaned) we can add those to your flat rate!
VACATION RENTAL CLEANS
AirBnB, VRBO, private rental, etc.
Basic cleaning in between guests includes sanitizing, wiping, and/or dusting the kitchen, living spaces, dining room, bathrooms, bedrooms (includes linens), hallways, floors, and trash removal. Can restock paper products/toiletries if needed.
DEEP CLEANS
Top to bottom, all of the nooks and crannies.
This includes all that is regularly done in a private/rental home cleaning with the addition of detailing everything top to bottom in great detail. Most deep cleans include cleaning air vents, baseboards, ceiling fans, window sills, interior windows within reach, door frames, window blinds, tile grout, wash shower liners and rugs, dust electronics, interior dusting of furniture, interior of all appliances, move appliances and clean behind, hood vents, clean underneath furniture, and any other odds and ends that may need a scrub! The attention to detail and time commitment that is devoted to doing a deep clean results in rates to be 3-4 times higher than basic cleans, market-wide.
ORGANIZATION
Piles stacking up? Overwhelmed with STUFF? Let us help!
Personal/office organization services include meeting up with the client to create a plan together for general layout/desire of the room or household. You may also choose to be hands-free and I will arrange things in a manner that makes the most sense for the client. Client can provide organizational receptacles/baskets/tubs or Tide N' Tidy can provide such for an additional cost. Rates vary based on the specific job, reach out for a quote!
